O Portal utiliza o Sistema Eletrônico de Editoração de revistas (SEER), software desenvolvido para a criação e gestão de publicações periódicas eletrônicas. O SEER foi traduzido e customizado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (IBICT), baseado no software desenvolvido pelo Public Knowledge Project (Open Journal System) da Universidade British Columbia.

    The Scientific Bulletin of the MPU School for Higher Studies, rated A3 under the Qualis-CAPES system in the fields of Law, Philosophy, and Interdisciplinary Studies, is an open-access, semiannual journal published on a rolling basis. It promotes and disseminates scientific knowledge, as well as innovative ideas and solutions aimed at achieving the constitutional objectives of the Prosecution Service.

    The Journal of the MPU School for Higher Studies (RESMPU) is an open-access technical and scientific journal dedicated to disseminating interdisciplinary legal knowledge through original works that reflect high-quality research of academic, institutional, and social relevance.

    Published semiannually on a rolling basis, RESMPU seeks to advance science, foster the development of legal thought in Brazil, and promote innovation in matters related to the Brazilian Prosecution Service, with particular emphasis on the exchange of scientific knowledge at the national and international levels.

    RESMPU is rated B2 under the Qualis-CAPES system in the fields of Law, Political Science, and International Relations.
