O Portal utiliza o Sistema Eletrônico de Editoração de revistas (SEER), software desenvolvido para a criação e gestão de publicações periódicas eletrônicas. O SEER foi traduzido e customizado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (IBICT), baseado no software desenvolvido pelo Public Knowledge Project (Open Journal System) da Universidade British Columbia.

    The Journal of the Higher School of the Prosecution Service of the Union – RESMPU is a technical-scientific journal, dedicated to the dissemination of interdisciplinary legal knowledge, through original works that reflect quality research and academic, institutional and social relevance.

    Published every six months, by "ahead of print", RESMPU has the mission of promoting the progress of science, the development of the country's legal thinking, and the innovation in topics related to the Brazilian Prosecution Service, focusing on the exchange of national and international scientific knowledge.

    The Scientific Bulletin of the Higher School of the Prosecution Service of the Union is a biannual publication, transmitted in a continuous flow, which encourages and disseminates the production of scientific knowledge and innovative ideas and solutions to achieve the constitutional objectives of the Prosecution Service.
