About the Journal
The Journal of the MPU School for Higher Studies – RESMPU is a technical-scientific journal, dedicated to the dissemination of interdisciplinary legal knowledge, through original works that reflect quality research and academic, institutional and social relevance.
The RESMPU's objectives are:
- to encourage technical and scientific production on topics linked to the system of Brazilian justice, in order to provide the improvement of services provided to society;
- to disseminate legal academic production, with a multidisciplinary, transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary character, originating from researchers from national and international educational institutions;
- to stimulate the debate on legal and related topics relevant to the national and international scientific community;
- to foster the exchange of information and knowledge between the Brazilian Prosecution Service, the academic community, and other public or private institutions, both national and international.
The Journal will publish, in all editions, scientific articles and works of legal and/or institutional interest whose dissemination is relevant to the development of Brazilian academic research.
After double-blind review, works by authors with a stricto sensu postgraduate degree will be admitted and, in the case of co-authorship, at least one of the authors must have this degree.
The RESMPU's publication regime is semi-annual, in a continuous flow.
