About the Journal

The Journal of the Higher School of the Prosecution Service of the Union – RESMPU is a technical-scientific journal, dedicated to the dissemination of interdisciplinary legal knowledge, through original works that reflect quality research and academic, institutional and social relevance.

The Journal will publish every six months unpublished and original academic papers. Articles, reviews, letters and othes works in the field of Law can be accepted.

The RESMPU's objectives are:

• to ensure that the outcomes of research projects on topics inherent to the Brazilian Prosecution Service produce academic-scientific, institutional, and social impact;
• to encourage the technical and scientific production of professionals linked to legal activities, including support tasks, with the aim of stimulating debate on topics relevant to Justice;
• to stimulate independent research on legal topics relevant to the Prosecution Service, promoting greater exchange between national and foreign legal bodies and national and international scientific production;
• to foster the exchange of information and knowledge between the Brazilian Prosecution Service, the academic community, and other public or private institutions, both national and international;
• to expand the impact of the scientific production of ESMPU; and to strengthen the editorial culture and promote the institutional memory of the Prosecution Service of the Union.
