Mental health within the Public Prosecutor's Office: total work, digital panopticon, and ultra-connection

In this study, an analysis is conducted through a literature review, encompassing academic research, scientific articles, and works related to mental health within the context of the Public Prosecutor's Office, to examine the potential structural causes affecting the mental health of its members. Subsequently, the study aims to identify key measures for promoting, preventing, and addressing mental health issues within the Public Prosecutor's Office, highlighting effective initiatives that can be implemented to enhance the psychological well-being of its members. In the concluding remarks, the study emphasizes the necessity of developing specific institutional policies for each prosecutorial unit, taking into account local conditions and adhering to the general guidelines established by the National Council of the Public Prosecutor's Office within its regulatory framework.
