Abstract

A par da tutela do patrimônio natural, como forma de transmitir às gerações vindouras um meio ambiente sadio, ecologicamente equilibrado e essencial à garantia de uma boa qualidade de vida, a Lei n. 9.605/98 também se ocupa da proteção penal do patrimônio cultural.
